What exactly is Permanent Cosmetic
Make-up?
Permanent makeup: sometimes called
"micro pigmentation" or
"demographics" is a state of the
art form of cosmetic tattooing used to
enhance facial features. The cosmetic
implantation technique deposits tiny
individual implants of pigment into the
dermal layer of the skin.

How are Permanent Cosmetics
Procedures done?
There are several methods of performing
permanent cosmetics: using various
machines, including the traditional (or
specialized) tattoo or coil machines, the
pen or rotary machine, or the hand
method.
These cosmetic procedures are a process
which includes the initial consultation,
initial application of pigment, and usually
one or two follow up visits for adjusting
the shape and color or density of the
pigment.
What types of permanent Cosmetic
Procedures can be done?
- Permanent eyebrows
- Permanent eyeliner, top and
bottom
- Permanent eyelash enhancement
- Permanent lip liner, and permanent
full lip color
- Permanent scar camouflage
How are permanent cosmetics
applied?
Rochelle uses Epidermal Pigment
Implantation to apply permanent cosmetics.
In this procedure, pigment is implanted
into the outer layers of the skin. The
pigments used have all been chemically
tested. These pigments have been used in
tattooing for many years with virtually no
complications. In addition, Rochelle does a
"patch test" to make sure that the client
will not have an allergic reaction to the
permanent makeup; although this is rare.
The equipment used in a permanent cosmetic
makeup procedure is sanitized in the
highest standards.
What will permanent cosmetics look like
on me? Could the permanent makeup look too
dark?
Will I have to wear make-up?
Only natural colors are used and the result
is soft and subtle. This method is meant to
enhance your make-up. When you are not
wearing your regular make-up the permanent
cosmetics will look natural, accentuate
your features, and will blend with any
make-up you choose to wear.
What will I feel during the
procedure?
Some people experience a slight stinging
sensation which subsides upon completion of
the permanent makeup application
process.
Should I wear make-up to my initial
consultation?
Yes, this allows us to see your make-up
preference and offer suggestions prior to
this procedure.
